Halloween treat bag, plus some great deals...

I just love this little fox stamp from Imaginisce. He's actually from the Twitterpated line, but I combined him with some papers and chipboard stickers from the Hallowhimsy line. I couldn't help dressing him up for Halloween!
To make the treat bag, start with a 4"X12" strip of double-sided patterned paper. I used Wicked Whimsy. Score at 4-3/4", 5-3/4", and 10-1/2"; fold. Trim the front flap with decorative scissors (or use a border punch.) Cut a 3"X3" square of harlequin patterned paper (I used Lollipop Lizzy); mat with black cardstock and adhere to front of treat bag. Stamp fox image onto orange orange patterned paper and again on a scrap of the Wicked Whimsy polka-dotted paper. Paper-piece the image and adhere to front of bag. Tie a small piece of white cotton thread around tip of witch's hat sticker; adhere to card front. Add a spider sticker and another scrap of thread for him to hang from. Adhere "sweets" sticker. Finally, punch two holes through all layers of the bag and tie on some lime grosgrain ribbon (mine is from American Crafts.) You can attach a little treat inside with a glue dot-perfect for your extra-special trick-or-treaters!
I also wanted to share some websites which offer "daily deals" on scrapbooking supplies. Check them out!
